Steps to download the device data

1] Log in to the Cloud Dashboard

  • Visit our cloud platform at https://cloud.boltiot.com.
  • Enter your registered email ID and password to access your account.
  • Note: If you don’t have the credentials, you can contact us via the support WhatsApp group for assistance.

2] Navigate to the Devices Tab

  • Locate the "Devices" tab on the left-hand side (LHS) of the dashboard.
  • Here, you will see a list of all devices linked to your account.

3] View the Desired Device

  • Find the device you want to view.
  • Under the "Actions" title, click on the "View this device" icon.
  • A new tab will open, displaying the data collected by the selected device.

4] Filter Data by Time Period

  • At the top of the new tab, locate the "Start Date" and "End Date" fields.
  • Select the desired time period for which you want to view or download the data.
  • Click on the "Filter" button to apply your selection.

5] Download the Data

  • Once the filtered data is displayed, scroll down and click on the "Download Data" button.
  • Choose the desired format: either "CSV" or "PDF."
  • A pop-up window will appear, prompting you to enter the email address to which the data file will be sent.
  • Enter the email, and the data file will be sent to that address.

6] Contact Support for Assistance

  • If you encounter any issues during the process, feel free to contact our team through the designated WhatsApp support group created for your team.
