Steps to download the device data
1] Log in to the Cloud Dashboard
- Visit our cloud platform at https://cloud.boltiot.com.
- Enter your registered email ID and password to access your account.
- Note: If you don’t have the credentials, you can contact us via the support WhatsApp group for assistance.
2] Navigate to the Devices Tab
- Locate the "Devices" tab on the left-hand side (LHS) of the dashboard.
- Here, you will see a list of all devices linked to your account.
3] View the Desired Device
- Find the device you want to view.
- Under the "Actions" title, click on the "View this device" icon.
- A new tab will open, displaying the data collected by the selected device.
4] Filter Data by Time Period
- At the top of the new tab, locate the "Start Date" and "End Date" fields.
- Select the desired time period for which you want to view or download the data.
- Click on the "Filter" button to apply your selection.
5] Download the Data
- Once the filtered data is displayed, scroll down and click on the "Download Data" button.
- Choose the desired format: either "CSV" or "PDF."
- A pop-up window will appear, prompting you to enter the email address to which the data file will be sent.
- Enter the email, and the data file will be sent to that address.
