Switching off the alerts on the Bolt Cloud

You can turn off alerts for your device in two ways:

A] Permanently Switching Off Alerts:

This method disables the alerts linked to your device until you manually turn them back on.

1. Login to the clould.boltiot.com using your admin account.

2. Navigate to the Alerts section — you’ll see a list of all alerts on the left side of the screen.

3. Find the alert(s) where your device is linked. Once selected, the linked devices will show up on the right panel.

4. Click on "Configure this Alert" (the first icon in the top right area, below your account name).

5. On the new screen, locate the ON/OFF toggle at the top right.

6. If the alert is currently ON, click the toggle to turn it OFF.

B] Temporarily Switching off Repeating Alerts

1. Login to the clould.boltiot.com using your admin account.

2. Navigate to the Alerts section — you’ll see a list of all alerts on the left side of the screen.

3. Find the alert(s) where your device is linked. Once selected, the linked devices will show up on the right panel.

4. Click on "Configure this Alert" (the first icon in the top right area, below your account name).

5. On the new screen, you'll find an option called One-time Alert. Click the Enable button, then click the Save icon in the top right corner (just to the left of the cross icon). This will stop the repeating alerts.
