Bolt IoT Maintenance Dashboard

The Bolt IoT Maintenance Dashboard provides a centralized interface to monitor and manage your connected devices in real time.
It helps you track which devices are online, offline, or out of range, and allows you to filter devices by status for quick analysis and troubleshooting.

Steps to Access the Dashboard

1. Log in to the Maintenance Dashboard

  1. Visit https://maintenance.boltiot.com.

  2. Log in using your registered credentials.


2. Obtain Your API Key

  1. Log in to your Bolt Cloud account at https://cloud.boltiot.com.

  2. Navigate to the API section in the menu.

  3. If your API Key is disabled, enable it.

  4. Copy the API Key displayed on the screen.


3. Connect to the Maintenance Dashboard

  1. Open the Maintenance Dashboard.

  2. Paste your copied API Key on the login page.

  3. Click the Connect Dashboard button.

  4. If your devices do not appear automatically, click Sync Devices to refresh the list.

4. View and Configure Dashboard Settings

Once logged in, you can view all your connected devices and their current status.

Dashboard Settings

  1. Click the Settings icon in the top-right corner to open the Dashboard Settings page.

  2. For each device, you can:

    • Enter a custom device name.

    • Set minimum and maximum temperature and humidity thresholds.

    • Add company details if required.

  3. All settings can be manually updated and saved.

  4. The dashboard automatically refreshes every 10 minutes to display the latest data.


Dashboard Overview

Below is a brief explanation of the main sections and indicators on the dashboard:

Section

Description

All Devices

Displays all devices synced with your Bolt Cloud account.

All Okay

Shows devices that are online and functioning within expected parameters.

Out of Range

Highlights devices that are online but operating outside their defined temperature or humidity thresholds.

Offline

Lists devices that are currently disconnected, powered off, or unresponsive.

Filtering Devices

You can filter the displayed devices by selecting any of the following tabs:

  • All Devices

  • All Okay

  • Out of Range

  • Offline

This allows for quicker insights into your device network’s operational status.


Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues while using the Maintenance Dashboard:

  • Ensure that your API Key is active and correctly entered.

  • Try clicking Sync Devices to refresh your device list.

  • Check your internet connection and verify that your devices are powered on.

  • If problems persist, log out and back into your Bolt Cloud account, or write to support.boltiot.com
