Raising a support query

Kindly follow these steps when raising the support query for better resolution:

  • Clearly mention the Device ID along with a concise description of the issue in the support WhatsApp group.

  • If possible, attach a video demonstrating the issue for better clarity.

  • Specify when the issue was first observed, as this will assist in a more accurate diagnosis.

Support Availability:

  • The support is available from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM. For prompt assistance, it is recommended to raise queries during these hours.

  • For urgent or high-priority issues, support is available over the weekend; however, response times may be delayed.
